Arc Jidenma believed so much in the human essence, the dignity of every human being irrespective of their gender, race, ethnicity and social standing. This was shown in the diversity in the workforce of his architectural firm. He was very proud of his roots. He believed that his ethnic group had a lot to offer to the world, if only their talents and ingenuity were well harnessed and positively channeled. He exhibited great passion in his service to his people.

Having witnessed the civil war, he passionately served as a catalyst for the Igbo youth to see himself or herself as an equal partner in the Nigerian project. The Foundation has various activities weaved out to achieve this.
